CASE STUDIES

“Michael–you and your team are the best—thank you so much for your dedicated and committed work!!!  great job!!!!” – Happy Client

Case Study 1: Capacity

Case Study 2: Selling Season

Case Study 3: Maximizing Value

Sample Situation:

I wanted to give you a heads up.  I’m going to give your name to a client of mine.  He has a very difficult situation.  His uncle is the Agent under a Statutory Power of Attorney for his father John Doe.  He is only the successor Agent, but he may be the person who does all the work.  The goal is to sell the house that belongs to John Doe.  (That’s why I’m giving him your name.)  However, there are two mentally ill siblings of my client’s that are currently living in the house.  Although the father, John Doe, is now living in a facility, it may be difficult to get these siblings to leave the house so the house can be put on the market.  The house also is a hoarder’s house.
